Hello i have a nvidia 8800gt 512mb and i would like to flash the bios gfor the new version as it is getting quite hot, I have the bios fle but i was wondering how to flash it, the card is made by leadtek and leaktec has its own bios flashing tool but it will not read my cards bios, is there any other way i can do this, thanks /

I wouldn't flash the bios on a Ledtek card with anything other than a Ledtek bios or you may end up with a dead card. I suggest , if you haven't already, you try going to Nividia's website and get nTune and crank that card's fan up. They usually only run at about 55% by default.
Reply:uninstall the driver for it and try it again , then if it works go to the leaktek website and download the driver for your card and install it.
