Is a flash card the same as an SD card? Does it easily connect to the computer?

You see, I'm looking to buy a camcorder, and the one I'm looking at has a flash card-based memory storage. Is this the same thing as an SD card? I put my videos on YouTube and I want to make sure the camera I get easily connects to the computer and then to YouTube.

If you don't already have a connector they are selling a USB connector they are 4%26amp;1 mean they have for diferents conectors for devices like, cameras, cell, usbs etc.

They have internals that are replacements for the slot the good old flopy disk use to be or is, and externals that conecct to any USB you have in your machine is a HUB, they only cost around $30.00 in (Frys or microcenter) check it out.

But the first rule of any PC good user is to know about what you motherboard is capable, by getting their manuals that are free and their sites and are ease to learn and put into practice, because if posible is better to have internal devices, because is it less clog than externals device, you inundated you room with cables.
Reply:Yes, an SD card is a flash-card.

However, because you are wanting to load straight to YouTube, I would recommend looking into one of those camcorders that formats the video for YouTube uploading.
