Flash Cards, do they help for the A.P. and the Regents exams or are review books better?

Ok so basically have AP and regents exams in the next few months and i really havent paying attention all that much this year.. my plan is to just learn everything in the next couple weeks (bad plan, i know.) .. anyway ive been buying the review books to read but i was wondering if the flash cards you can buy are any good.. also im trying to chose between which review books %26amp; flashcards are good for which subjects...

5) What flash cards are good for any of the above subjects? Are the Barrons A.P. flash cards good for Psychology and/or European History? Are the Bryan Edwards flash cards good for the chemistry regents?
