that depends on the person. i would recommend my father lol but since hes unavalible to drill the person into learning it try few different ways some people learn by flash cards others by hearing things, some by writing it 50 times,others by association (i.e video games , movies,people) try a few different ways and u will see what is best for them.
everyone learns different ways and at different paces .
