Can someone tell me how to set up vista so I can play cards in yahoo. flash player 9 didn't work?

I downloaded flash player 9 ans I still can't get in there to play cards. I don't know what to do. I am new at vista. Please help

disable pop up blocker I don't know. or allow yahoo. Vista works fine for me.
