I was thinking about making flash cards of vocabulary words on my computer and then selling the flash cards to other students.
What are the legal rights behind making flash cards from textbooks and then selling them to other students?
Depends on the scale. If you're just selling to a few students and barely getting enough to cover the overhead, nobody is going to care. If you go multi-campus and are making enough of a profit to live off of then you might have somebody crying foul
Reply:Check your school's policy. (If you are a teacher, you can't sell anything to students at my school)
